We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented Sales Representative to lead sales efforts and expand our client base. This new role offers the opportunity to own the entire sales process — from identifying prospects and crafting tailored solutions to closing deals and supporting long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution 
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and lead generation. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demos that are customized to client needs. 
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements in collaboration with internal teams. 
  1. Relationship Management 
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Foster long-term partnerships that drive client satisfaction, renewals, and upsells. 
  • Serve as a point of contact and advocate for your clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond. 
  1. Product & Market Expertise 
  • Become an expert in ETHOS Web Platforms to confidently showcase and demonstrate the product’s range of capabilities to align with the client’s needs.  
  • Understand clients’ industries and challenges to overcome objections. 
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities. 
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Work closely with product, training, and implementation teams to ensure continuity and alignment of client experience.   
  • Provide feedback and insights that inform product development and service improvements. 
  1. Marketing & Outreach Support 
  • Contribute to the creation of sales tools, promotional content, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Participate in video-based content, webinars, and social media outreach activities as needed. 
  1. Reporting & Administration 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, contacts, and deal progress in CRM tools. 
  • Track performance against goals and report regularly to leadership. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in software, SaaS, technology, or training services. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — in person and virtually. 
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with tools like Zoom, Teams, and CRM platforms. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple sales pipelines. 
  • Comfortable with video for webinars and promotional materials. 
  • Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. 
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required. 
  • Reliable high-speed internet access is a must. 
  • Knowledge of government-funded programs and employment training services is a strong asset.
