We are looking for a forward-thinking, passionate, results-driven Program Manager with a proven track record, to oversee our new QWORKS Program. QWORKS is a blended learning program that will provide employment support, education, employment counselling, and job development for those who identify as LGBTQ2S+. We will create a safe, online, and in-person environment for everyone to belong, be heard, and create gainful, sustainable, job opportunities.
The Program Manager (PM) will work closely with the QWORKS Team to ensure high-quality client service delivery and successful participant outcomes. They will develop and coordinate program marketing efforts, participant intake processes, and data gathering and input. The PM will create systems for developing participants’ training plans according to funder requirements, and gather and prepare monthly statistical and narrative reports.

Essential Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Relevant Post-Secondary Education in Counselling, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Business, or a related field; preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- Training as a Career Practitioner, including counselling theories and career assessment tools and CCDP designation preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing and being directly accountable for the performance of a team
- Experience with online learning platforms and online program delivery
- Experience managing large budgets and associated risk mitigation
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating the success of work plans, and budgets
- Experience in leading remote teams with employment services experience preferred

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Wage: $32-35.00 per hour
