Do you have strong administrative skills and a passion for people? You could be our next Client Services Representative/Administrator (CSR) for our Skill Quest for Young Adults Program in Nanaimo, BC. This position is part of our Client Services Team at ETHOS Career Management Group Ltd.

The Skills Quest for Young Adults Program (SQYA) helps young adults aged 16-29 develop everyday skills required for work, learning, and life. Our support team works with the participants, guiding them through using these skills to find and maintain sustainable employment.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the CSR/Admin plays a key role as the first point of contact for the SQYA Program. The successful candidate will respond to inquiries from the public, provide registration services to participants, and book intake appointments. The Client Service Representative also works with the SQYA Program Team to support the tracking of participant progress, administering contracts, ensuring weekly financial allocations are processed, and other admin tasks as required.
