While the financial component of retirement is important, we leave that to the financial experts; ETHOS is focused on what we do best - helping clients navigate major life transitions.
The cornerstone of our services is the one day Retirement by Design© workshop which guides individuals through the steps necessary to set meaningful goals, create a new vision and most importantly, a practical transition plan. Other Retirement Services include: one-to-one coaching, the LifeOptions® Profile assessment and Retirement Webinars. Our transition experts can tailor all of our retirement services to meet the needs of both individuals and teams.

Is this another Financial Planning workshop?
No. The financial planning piece is very important in considering retirement, and there are many excellent advisors, but that's not what we offer.
This is a dynamic, facilitator-led workshop that provides information, knowledge and skills in the five key areas of life:

- Family and Relationships
- Mental Health and Social
- Personal Development
