About ETHOS


ETHOS Career Management Group was founded in 2000 by Deborah Bromley (CEO) and Theresa Mayoh (President) delivering innovative career development initiatives and services to multi-client groups. ETHOS has grown with new locations and currently employs over 80 staff and contractors.

ETHOS has successfully delivered, and continues to deliver, comprehensive services to workers seeking self-employment, career direction, job search, training and job maintenance through one-to-one coaching, group services, online, in-class and with employers and employees at the workplace.

ETHOS Career Management programs have consistently achieved targets and received high client satisfaction ratings in the 90–100% range. ETHOS’ strong track record of successful projects and contract renewals is evidence of our expertise. Our long-term commitment and engagement in this area has allowed us to continually adapt and refine our programs to meet the needs of workers and organizations in an ever-changing labour market.

ETHOS is recognized for developing innovative programming that supports workers and organizations on Vancouver Island and the Fraser Valley and is a regular presenter at provincial conferences. A recipient of the Career Development Award of Excellence through the Career Management Association of BC in 2007, ETHOS Career Management Group strives to develop and deliver high quality, client driven programming and services.
